Its neighbouring villages are Bhatkoti and Pangarhkhal. It is 12kms from New Tehri. I made this video on the request of Kiran Negi of Balma Village who currently resides in New Zealand. The way to the village is amazing and the scenery is one of the epitomai of Garhwal beauty. It's scarcely populated and on average only 20-30 Families live there. A major reason is most of them have migrated to bigger cities and countries. There are many health issues that residents of Balma are facing due to lack of facilities.
