We were mesmerized by the greenery which is the essence of the routes. Entertained by the heavenly fountains we felt as if God's pouring his drink straight from his brink. There were temples more than people in the area. Every milestone, every turn was addressed by a temple, hence the realisation hit us hard that Uttarakhand is indeed, the devbhoomi of the Indian subcontinent. Not only the majestic atmosphere, but even the inhabitants were hypnotising. As we were crossing this pretty little stream, we came across a girl, a common pahadi girl who we carrying a basket filled with clothes which were apparently heavier than her. Her body clad with worn out, torn clothes were definitely not complimenting her divine beautiful eyes.
