Uttarakhand, the land of natural splendour and hidden treasures, is quite a rage among travellers. There’s a lot to explore and unearth in the green valleys and snow-covered Himalayan ranges of Uttarakhand. While some visit the destination seeking God’s blessings in Char Dhams, some just come here to explore the beauty that surrounds the prominent hill stations like Mussoorie and Nainital. But Uttarakhand is so much more than these famous hill stations and religious centres, which remain crowded with weekenders, pilgrims and tourists all the time.

I was about to continue my "Balma - visit my village" episode but it rained so heavily. I decided to travel to Tehri Lake. In this episode, you will enjoy the best views of Newby Mountains that cover Tehri Lake. I met few Travellers from Delhi. It was the totally beautiful day!

It's a traditional call to attend fair in villages of Uttarakhand. I love to go and enjoy the crowd of our Garhwal. Chamba has the most crowd.
